I just saw a poll on English use by teenagers in different regions that intrigues my interest and reminds me the recent John McWhorter’s speech on TED. The speech hit the point and is quite polished. You should watch it if you’re interested in linguistics or writing.

The reason I think this survey by KAPLAN is interesting, is because the angle of the questionnaire design is very funny: Toilet, underwear, female, male and term of endearment. However, the expression difference among the three regions is just obvious and represents their characteristics so well. All makes the survey readable.
